Day 121

It is Friday July 10, 2020

Coronavirus deaths are rising again. Over 800 in the last three days. Hospitalizations are up in many states as well and in some cases a shortage of hospital beds in ICU. Tennessee has joined the ranks of Florida, Arizona, California and Louisiana as a state being overwhelmed. In all only two states, Vermont and New Hampshire were not showing increases and nearly 40 states are showing patterns of increase. It seems the summer reopening plan is working against us. In Sweden, where they never really shutdown, their economy is not any better than countries that shutdown for weeks at a time. So all this talk about revitalizing the economy with reopening phases may have not really made much difference except in lives lost.  The world is at 12.2 million cases and 554,953 + deaths.

"Almost twice as many countries have reported a significant rise in new cases over the past two weeks as have reported significant declines, according to a New York Times database."

So...in thinking about how to better deal with and navigate through this pandemic...read on

We need to be in the here and now in order to be current with our health, our understanding of events as they happen and to remain conscious of the life happening at this time instead of the life that once was.  The past is over. It may have been great and we may hold dear memories of times we lived, but it is past tense.  We cannot go back.  We cannot change the past.  We cannot relive the past. We must relish in the present time and be alive in the moment to gain the most benefit from all life has to offer.  To know our past has shaped us into the person we are is important, but what is more important is to continually shape who you are today. Improve your standing, your understanding and grow in the world around you as it takes new shape and progresses so must you.

However, we can acknowledge our past and even look on it as a reference. If the present time is a difficult one (and this current time qualifies as difficult) looking on the past will help us realize that this too shall pass. Good times and bad times ebb and flow through our lives.   Often  we experience periods of successes as well as failures that seem to never go away.  Time has always been a mystery to us. In some ways It goes too fast and in other cases too slowly. So what of the future? Well being it is not here yet and not something we have complete control over. Its best not to project. In other words, make plans, set goals and focus on what you want using powerful thoughts in a way of manifesting your future.  However do not allow yourself to be caught up guessing what will be or predicting the outcome based on your past.  There is a way to utilize both the past and the future to enhance your present. Use a balance of these three time modules to learn and become who you want to be now.  By having insight into the past lessons we can be better humans in the now and by seeing our goals in the manner we think we can bring the universal power to our side and gain all we ever hoped for.

The majority of time ought to be spent in the present because it is there where we have the most influence in our hearts, minds and bodies.  Be real right now.
